The training will cover crucial aspects outlined in the ESMA consultation paper, discussing scenarios where third-country firms, such as those in Gibraltar, can serve EU-based clients without a MiCA license. It is imperative for Gibraltar firms to understand the potential impact of these guidelines on their operations.
